Elite Homes works with realtor partners and their buyers to find the perfect home to build their future. That’s why we’re happy to pay you 3% of Full Purchase Price for inventory (spec) homes and 3% of Base Price for customer-initiated builds at closing on every sale you bring in.
We know how busy you are and how time consuming it is to find the perfect home for your clients. The Elite Homes Online Sales Counselors are here to help!
We have access to all of our community information and can answer questions regarding inventory, lot sizes, floorplans, HOA, amenities, etc.
You can simply tell us your client’s preferences (price point, time-frame, single-story/two-story, and any other details that can help with our search) then we research and send you any Elite Homes communities and homes that match.
Pre-Registering your customers is simple, fast and ensures you won’t miss out on your commission when your client purchases a home.

Elite home is proud to offer licensed Kentucky Realtors the following commission program applicable to each calendar year.
There are three ways to sign up for the Realtor Participation Program:
It is preferred that the Realtor brings the prospective homebuyer and registers the customer and him/herself on the Realtor-Client Registration form with the Elite Homes Sales Manager in the community.
If it is not possible to come in with the homebuyer, we ask for a courtesy call from the Realtor to the Elite Homes Sales Manager providing the customer’s name and telephone number.
If a customer does visit the sales model on their own, they must list the Realtor on their first visit for the Realtor to be included in the sale.
The program is applicable to licensed Realtors in good standing within the State of Indiana who bring in a buyer, using one of the three methods listed above.
Elite Homes agrees to pay 3% of Full Purchase Price for inventory (spec) homes and On Your Lot Builds or 3% of Base Price for customer-initiated builds at closing on every Realtor’s sale. A completed W-9 form must be on file with the Elite Corporate office for each sale transacted with a Realtor.
If the homebuyer is not able to close or falls out for another reason, it is understood that any up-front commission paid to Realtor will be applied to that Realtor’s next closing.
