On December 7th, The Home
Builders Association of Louisville named its incoming officers for 2008. Rocky Pusateri, Vice President
of Elite Homes, was elected
President of the association.
Rocky said his main focus as president
in 2008 will be to maintain
consumer confidence in home
buying, address sewer capacity
issues, and lead a task force to
solve the growing problem of
construction theft.
On the same night, Rocky also
won the General Elmus S. Ussery
Builder of the Year Award for
his leadership and dedication in serving several committees. These
include the Land Development,
Codes and Standards, Government
Affairs, Metro Stakeholders
(permits and inspections, planning
and zoning), and the HBAL
Executive Committee. |
