Country Turkey Casserole
1 Can (10 ¾ oz) cream of celery soup
1 Can cream of potato soup
4 cups cooked cut up vegetables
1 cup milk
2 cups cubed cooked turkey
1 ½ cups water 4 tablespoons margarine or butter
4 cups herb seasoned stuffing
¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a 3-qt shallow baking dish mix soups, milk, thyme, pepper, vegetables and turkey. Heat water and margarine to a boil in medium saucepan over high heat. Add stuffing. Mix lightly. Spoon stuffing over turkey mixture. Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes.
