Monticello Parke
Monticello Parke is located seven-tenths of a mile south of Taylorsville Road on Watterson Trail, and inside the city limits of historic Jeffersontown. We have a total of 110 lots and so far in section one, we have built on 28 of the 47 lots. We have several model homes to tour as well as market homes that are available for immediate occupancy. Lot #50 boasts a “Hamilton” with a courtyard in the rear which allows for a walkout lower level on a flat lot. There is a park at the entrance that the residents can use for gatherings or family activities. The model homes are open Monday—Friday 1-6pm and weekends 1-5pm. If these times are not convenient, call the office to schedule an appointment. Prices in Monticello Parke range from the $220’s to the $350’s.

The Woods of Landis Lakes
Of the 57 developed lots in sections one and two, there are still 14 sites available. Walkout, treed, and cul-de-sac lots remain available in a great community that has a recreation association with a junior-olympic size swimming pool and clubhouse. Prices range from the $240’s to the $350’s and up. We have a furnished model that is open Monday through Friday 1-6pm and Weekends 1-5pm. We also have many lots available in Islesworth of Landis Lakes, most of which are walkout lots with great views. The Landis Lakes development is located on South English Station Road, just across Shelbyville Road from the main entrance to Lake Forest.

The first section of this unique development located at the corner of Old Heady and Easum Road is now underway. This 50 acre site will have only 83 homes, and will contain 2 bridges and an amazing 16 acres of open space (woods and creeks). Currently 9 of the 34 lots in section One have been reserved. Lots are approximately 85’ wide at the building line and priced from the mid $50’s to the low $70’s. We will soon have a furnished model which is currently under construction on Lot #2. Section 2 will have an estate section with slightly larger lots.
