Spring House Cove

We are excited to announce the grand opening of our new condominium community in Middletown! This community will offer a carefree and maintenance-free lifestyle, but these homes are a huge leap forward from your average condo or patio home. For starters, these are individual homes with brick on all four sides. They have full basements that can be finished, and the interior and exterior are finished with the same attention to detail our customers have come to expect from Elite Homes.

The five floor plans (3 - ranch plans and 2 – 1 ½ story plans) will be enhanced adaptations of the very popular plans we built in our Belmont Park subdivision on Ellingsworth Lane. We have re-designed some of the kitchens, added a U-shaped staircase to our Alysheba plan, and added a new plan (The Citation, shown above) with an open kitchen and hearth room. Also, all homes will include a covered front and rear porch. Rear porches can be screened-in or can be glassed-in to make a year-round sunroom. Hardwood flooring will be standard throughout the main living and dining areas of the homes. The community will include a walking path meandering through the common areas and around the historic springhouse, which has been re-built on its original foundation.

Initial interest is very high for this one-of-a-kind community, and since there are only 19 homes, we expect the development to sell out this year. Monthly dues will range from $150 to $175, depending on the size of the home. Dues will cover lawn and shrub maintenance, irrigation, and all exterior upkeep of your home. Spring House Cove is located on Madison Avenue in Middletown near Shelbyville Road.
