If you have been on I-64 or I-71 anytime in the last few months you have probably seen our billboards. We noticed that in other cities builders use billboard advertising
quite extensively. However, that is not the case in Louisville. We felt this method of advertising would help differentiate our company.

Our billboard on I-71, the last one heading north just before Zorn Avenue, has been purchased for 1 year. The billboard on I-64 will change locations 5 times during the year, facing both East and West on I-64 as well as a 2 month stint on I-65 – downtown.

The traffic that will drive by these 2 billboards is incredible. According to the information we received, approximately 3.5 million people will see one of our 2 billboards or almost 42 million people annually. We have also obtained a new phone number: 253-HOME. The only place this phone number currently exists is on these 2 billboards. This allows us to know exactly how many phone calls these billboards have generated.
