We have just received approval for our new 45-lot development located on Shelbyville
Road across from Valhalla Golf Club and adjacent to Miles Park. The centerpiece
for the 24-acre site is an existing 2-acre lake. Lots will border the lake,

being prepared and we expect to start home construction in the Spring of 2004.
