The Sign is up at the future entrance to Waterstone

We have just received approval for our new 45-lot development located on Shelbyville Road across from Valhalla Golf Club and adjacent to Miles Park. The centerpiece for the 24-acre site is an existing 2-acre lake. Lots will border the lake, park, creek, and woods in this unique development. Construction drawings are being prepared and we expect to start home construction in the Spring of 2004. We expect homes in this development to range in price from the $300’s to $500K including the lot. Call our office if you would like further information on this prestigious development.

                                             The Bridges of Razor Creek
Activity has been plentiful at this very unique site located at Old Heady and Easum Road just off of Taylorsville Road near the Gene Snyder Freeway. This 50-acre site boasts an incredible 16 acres of open space, creeks, and woods. To date, 15 of the 33 lots in section 1 are sold. Most of the lots are walkouts.                  Monticello Parke
Section 2 of this Jeffersontown development is currently being engineered. We plan to start with site work this fall and will have 30 new lots available in the spring of 2004. There are 8 lots remaining for sale in section 1. Monticello Parke is located on Watterson Trail, 7/10 of a mile from Taylorsville Road.                                       The Woods of Landis Lakes
We have recently acquired an additional 3 acres from an adjacent property owner that will be incorporated into section 3, which is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2004. The acquisition will allow for realignment of the original plan and will include 5 lake-front walkout lots and a few wooded lots. This final section will have a total of 23 lots. We are now accepting lot reservations for section 3. The Woods of Landis Lakes is located directly across Shelbyville Road from the Lake Forest entrance.
