New Elite Homes Subdivision Planned

Elite Homes is pleased to announce plans for an upcoming subdivision on Barbour Lane in northeast Jefferson County. The subdivision will be part of a 220-acre development called Beech Spring Farms. The property is on the west side of Barbour Lane just north of Falls Creek Subdivision.
Our section of the community will have 92 lots with approximately half of them being walkout lots. Many lots will also back up to open space. We expect house prices to start around $300,000. We are currently accepting lot reservations on the 34 lots in section 1, where we expect to begin development work by the end of the year.

Derby Party to Benefit Orchestra

On Thursday May 5th after the Pegasus Parade, Steve Canfield is having a party at his fabulous home in Prospect to benefit the Louisville Orchestra. The Drifters and the Platters will perform, and the party will be catered by Vincenzo’s. We hope you will attend and bring your Derby guests. The cost is $300 per couple ($200 is tax-deductible). Call Christa at Steve’s office at 228-7868 for more information.
