Oldham County Development Offers Large Lots, Mature Trees, and Beautiful Views

We have acquired our fifth development. It is located in LaGrange , KY and will be our first development outside of Jefferson County . This 151-lot development was originally named Turtle Creek. We are renaming it "The Reserve at L'Esprit," as it is located in the L'Esprit master development.

We are very excited about this acquisition for many reasons. Most lots are around 1/2 acre and 100 feet wide at the building line. Also there are many walkout and wooded lots. There will be a 15-acre park within the development. We have always liked this piece of land, and tried to acquire it several years ago. When it came back on the market we were happy to finally be able to purchase it.

We have already begun construction on a model and are planning to build a spectacular signature entry into the subdivision. The price of the homes will be in the $250,000-$350,000 range.

If you know anyone interested in living on a 1/2 acre lot in the country, yet less than 3 miles from I-71 and only 20 minutes from Downtown Louisville, we have the perfect location, "The Reserve at L'Esprit".
