Here is a recipe for a light fruit salad that compliments any meal

  • ½ cup light miracle whip dressing
  • ¼ cup sour cream (light)
  • 1 can mandarin orange segments drained
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup angel flake coconut

Mix dressing and sour cream in large bowl. Add all ingredients and mix lightly. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Home Tips:

  • Use a meat baster to squeeze your pancake batter onto the hot griddle for perfectly shaped pancakes every time.
  • Wrap celery in aluminum foil before putting in the refrigerator to keep it fresh longer.
  • Toothpaste on a wet washcloth is a good ink remover for walls and wallpaper. Use care when rubbing on wallpaper or you could rub off the finish.
  • To remove styling products build-up from your hair, add 1/2 tsp baking soda to your shampoo twice a week.
