Site work is underway
on the heavily treed Eastwood Office Park site |
Site work has now
begun on Elite’s future home, Eastwood Office Park.
The office complex site is located on Shelbyville Road just
west
of Flat Rock Road on the grounds where the Acme Motel once
stood. Excavation work has begun, storm pipes are installed,
and the
parking lot will soon be graveled.
Elite Homes’ plans to occupy the 2nd floor of the first
building to be constructed. The first floor, which is approximately
5000 sq. ft., will be
available for lease. Please call our office for information regarding this
available office space.
