John
Hagan

Elite Homes, Inc.
 After
graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree
in Industrial Engineering in 1992, John joined IBM in Raleigh,
NC as a Manufacturing Engineer. During his 6-year career
at IBM, he also held positions in production planning and systems
development.
In 1998 John moved back to his hometown of Louisville and decided to pursue
a career in home building. Joining Elite Homes in 1999, he worked as an assistant
superintendent for 1-1/2 years helping to build many garden homes in Belmont
Park and also several custom homes on scattered sites.
John then moved to the office to learn the estimating, design,
and purchasing side of the business. Since joining the office
staff, John has worked diligently
to develop and computerize many of Elite’s business procedures.
Currently he spends much of his time working with clients on estimates and
home design. John also is in charge of material cost control, evaluation of
new products, computer systems, maintaining our web site, and designing our
newsletter.
John and his wife Debbie have been married 10 years and have a 2-year-old daughter
and a 5-month-old son. In his spare time, John enjoys camping, golf, and spending
time with his family.
