The Bridges of Razor Creek
The furnished model home is now open daily in the first section of this new unique development located at the corner of Old Heady and Easum Roads. The model home, which sits on a beautiful wooded lot, is a 3265 sq. ft. ranch “Jamestown” with a walkout finished lower level.

This 50-acre site will only have 83 houses and a staggering 16 acres of open space. The open space is mostly woods and creeks. Of the 34 lots in section I, 11 lots have already been sold. We have walkout, treed, and flat lots that will work perfectly with any plan.
Lot prices range from the mid-$50’s to the low $70’s and are 85 ft. wide at the building line. Call the office for further information, or stop by our new model home weekdays 1-6pm or weekends 1-5pm.

The Woods of Landis Lakes
Elite Homes has now secured an additional 2.8 acres from an adjoining property owner to add to our section III at this east end development. The Woods of Landis Lakes is located on South English Station Road, just across Shelbyville Road from the main entrance to Lake Forest. Of the 57 developed lots in sections I and II, only 9 lots remain.

Section III will boast walkout, lake front lots as well as treed sites. We are very excited about this final section of the subdivision. The Woods of Landis Lakes also has a recreation association with a junior-olympic size swimming pool and clubhouse. Our furnished model home is open daily and prices range from the $230’s and up.


Monticello Parke

We are now getting started on the engineering for section II of this Jeffersontown development. Of the 47 lots that were available in section I, only 11 remain. We have model homes open daily to tour as well as some completed market homes that are available for immediate occupancy. Come out and see how we can make a home a walkout on a flat lot by use of a courtyard entry.

The model homes are open weekdays from 1-6pm and weekends 1-5pm or by appointment anytime. Prices start in the $220’s. Monticello Parke is located seven-tenths of a mile south of Taylorsville Road on Watterson Trail.

Elite Acquires Property For New Subdivision

Elite Homes has recently reached an agreement to purchase 23 acres on Shelbyville Road across from Valhalla Golf Club and adjacent to William F. Miles Park. The property will be developed into a single-family subdivision of 45 distinctive homes called Waterstone. It will feature many walkout lots, creek and lake front lots, and several lots that will adjoin Miles Park.

The 2-acre lake will be the centerpiece of this one-of-a-kind community. We are currently working through the engineering and approvals, and expect to be ready for home construction in Spring of 2004. Please contact our office if you would like any additional information.
