Plans are finished and site work is set to begin on Elite's next new community, Spring House Cove. This unique village of detached garden homes is located on Madison Avenue in Middletown. We plan on building homes similar to award-winning homes in Belmont Park, an Elite Homes' community on Ellingsworth Lane that we completed in 2001.

The homes will have maintenance-free exteriors, and lawn care, mowing, and mulching will be included in the monthly homeowners dues.
