The Reserve at L’Esprit
Home construction in this picturesque new neighborhood in Oldham
County is now underway! Our furnished model home, which is a magnificent
version of our “Jamestown” 1-story plan with a walkout
finished basement, is now open daily including Fridays. The stone
entrance walls are complete, and the fencing and landscaping at
the front of the subdivision are also taking shape.
Of the 50 lots currently available in section one, 12 have been
sold or reserved. Lot sizes range from 1/2 to 3/4 acre and all utilities
are underground. Section two of The Reserve at L’Esprit will
feature a 15-acre park, and there are lots available now that back
up to the future park space. Now is the time to choose a lot in
this great development. To get there, take exit 22 from I-71, go
west on Hwy 53 about 2 miles, then right on Old Sligo for approx.
1 mile to right turn on Fort Pickens road.

We are now starting construction on several homes in the 3rd and
final section of this very popular development. There are only 9
lots that have yet to be reserved of the 23 lots in this final section.
Now is your chance to get one of the final lots in this conveniently
located subdivision on South English Station Road across from Christian
Academy.
Visit our model home at the front of the subdivision, where you
can check current lot availability. We also have a few lots left
in the Islesworth section of Landis Lakes.

With only 12 lots remaining in section one, we are now doing the
engineering work for section two, which will be the remaining 49
lots of the subdivision. Section two will include an estate section
with many larger lots that back up to woodland areas. Site work
will be starting this winter, and we expect to be able to start
homes in the Spring of 2005. There will be a price increase for
the lots in section 2, so now is a great time to secure one of the
remaining lots in the first section. See below for the model home
hours of operation.

Section two of Jeffersontown’s best new subdivision is now
open. There is much activity in section 2 as sales have gotten off
to a strong start. However, many beautiful lots are still available
