Dazzling Remodeling Job Completed in The Highlands

Elite Homes participated in this years’ 19th Annual Tour of Remodeled Homes. Our entry showcased a vintage 80-year-old Stone Tudor home in Cherokee Park in which a 725 sq. ft. addition was added to the 2nd story of this 2 ½ story home. The addition included an open air covered patio on the first floor, and an enlarged Owner’s Suite, luxury bath, two walk-in closets, laundry, and mult-purpose sitting room on the 2nd floor. The new bathroom featured glass block, a dual head shower, a two-sink vanity with dressing area, and a built-in TV recessed into a wall.

The sitting room was designed with a vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace, bookcase and entertainment center, and an adjoining covered porch with a spiral staircase leading to the newly created covered patio. The covered patio was beautifully completed with an outstanding Koi pond and waterfall. The exterior veneer was finished in Coronado Stone to ensure that this addition looked like the original dwelling.
