The Signature Entrance is up at the Bridges of Razor Creek

Since our February 2003 opening of this 50-acre site, sales have been brisk. We have 16 of the 34 lots located in section 1 sold with several homes completed and occupied. The final touches are being put on the signature entrance. With 16 acres of open space, this is truly a one-of-a-kind development. From the Gene Snyder Freeway, go west on Taylorsville Road to Old Heady Road. Continue for seven-tenths of a mile to Easum Road and we are on the corner. A model home of our popular “Jamestown” ranch is open for you to tour.

The Woods of Landis Lakes
We are now starting our 3rd and final section of this great development located off Shelbyville Rd and South English Station Rd across from Christian Academy. This section will contain 23 lots and 7 of them will be located around a lake. Several others are either wooded or back up to open space. We only have 5 lots remaining in our sections 1 and 2. The Woods of Landis Lakes has a recreation association that boasts a junior olympic size swimming pool and a beautiful clubhouse. Monticello Parke

The 2nd section of this fabulous development is now underway in historic Jeffersontown. 31 new lots are being constructed with completion expected to be in late winter or early spring. The original section has only 5 lots left, so now is a wonderful time to buy and move into an established part of the neighborhood. Monticello Parke has a park at the entrance that can be enjoyed by all our residents. We have several models completed to allow you to shop for your dream home.


Waterstone
We are very excited about our newest development located across Shelbyville Road from the famous Valhalla Golf Club. We will have a total of 45 lots of which 36 will be walkouts. There is a 3 acre lake as a centerpiece and almost all of the lots back up to woods, a creek, or Miles Park that is immediately adjacent to the neighborhood. We had a lot draw earlier this month and 14 of the 45 lots are now reserved. We intend to have site work happening this winter and be ready in the Spring of 2004 for home construction.
