 Elite Homes is proud to be named one of Louisville’s 50
fastest growing companies by Business First. At a luncheon
on November
10th, Elite Homes was honored as part of this prominent group
of the 50 fastest-growing independent and privately held
companies with an average of at least $1 million in revenue for
the three
most recent years.
This growth has happened because so many people have put their confidence in
us to build or remodel their dream home. We are very grateful and take very seriously
the trust that you place in us. We do our best, everyday, to be worthy of this
trust. Our entire staff is committed to making your home building experience
an enjoyable one.

The Thanksgiving weekend is going to be a busy one for Elite
Homes this year. In order to have minimal impact on business operations,
Elite will be moving to their new office space on Friday, November
28th, with the intent to be up and running at Eastwood Office Park
on Monday, Dec. 1st.
Elite’s new offices will be on the second story of the 9,600
square-foot building, giving Elite about 4,800 square feet
of office space. The 1st Floor
with similar square footage is available for lease and can be finished to suit
the needs of the future tenant. There will be two conference rooms available
for meetings, and a large seminar room in the basement that will accommodate
80 to 100 people. Featured in the offices will be many types of the latest
building materials to show clients the products that are available
for their own homes,
such as different moldings and ceilings.
The
new office building is located at 16218 Shelbyville Road,
site of the former Acme Motel. Please note that Elite employees
will not be in the office on Nov.
28th and phone access will be limited. We look forward to seeing you in our
new building!
