GRILLED CHICKEN PASTA
I purchased this pasta salad one day at Kroger’s Deli and was delighted when I found the recipe the next week in the Courier. Give this Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad a try – you will absolutely love it.

4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves
1 pound bow tie pasta cooked and drained
1 yellow bell pepper, diced 1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red onion diced 1 red bell pepper, diced
1 cup barbecue sauce ½ cup honey
1 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Grill chicken and refrigerate overnight. Cut chicken into cubes. Combine chicken, pasta, peppers and onion in large bowl. In small bowl, mix barbecue sauce, honey and balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Wisk together well. Pour dressing over chicken mixture and mix well. Serves 8 to 10.
