Site of Elite's new office,
conveniently located 2.5 miles from the Gene Snyder |
After 17 years in our current location, we have just recently purchased
almost 3 acres to build a new office. The site is in Eastwood,
KY on U.S. 60, just 2.5 miles from the Gene Snyder Freeway.
The development
will be called Eastwood Office Park, and consist of 2 office
buildings.
The first will be a 9600 sq. ft. 2-story building. We will occupy
the entire 2nd floor, 4800 sq. ft., which will double the size of our
current
office. We will be looking for a tenant to lease the 1st floor
space of this building. Sometime in the future we will build a 2nd
building,
which will be a 10,000 sq. ft. 2-story structure. We will lease
this building out as well.
Our new office building, which is currently being
drawn by an architect, will feature state of the art wiring and video
capabilities. Our new place of work will allow us room to grow, and
will also help us to serve our clients better.
