Monticello Parke
Currently 26 of the 47 lots in section one are either completed or have homes that are under construction. We have built a 1 1/2 story "Hamilton" on lot 50 with a courtyard basement, which allows for a walkout on a flat lot. This home is almost complete, so come by and see how attractive this option can be. We also have another 1 1/2 story "Jefferson" and a ranch "Jamestown" that are complete and available for immediate occupancy. We have other model homes that are furnished and have recently won the Judges award for "best new home design" from the Kentucky Home Builders Association.

Monticello Parke is located seven-tenths of a mile south of Taylorsville Road on Watterson Trail. We have a beautiful park at the entrance, and model homes that are open weekdays from 1-6 and weekends from 1-5.

The Woods of Landis Lakes
A 12-lot cul-de-sac in section two is now complete and already five new homes are underway. Currently 43 of the 57 lots in the subdivision are built or sold with one more section to be developed. We still have several walk-out lots available that back up to open space with many trees. The Woods of Landis Lakes is located on South English Station Road, just across Shelbyville Road from the entrance of Lake Forest. We have a furnished model that is open Monday-Friday 1-6, and Saturday and Sunday 1-5. We also have a recreation association that includes a junior Olympic-size swimming pool and clubhouse. Home prices range from the $230,000's to the $350,000's. Call the office if you would like to schedule an appointment to visit the site outside of these hours.

The Bridges of Razor Creek
We are very excited that development work has begun on this 50 acre site located at Old Heady and Easum Roads in southeastern Jefferson county. This site boasts 16 acres of open space, 2 bridges, and beautiful views of forests and creeks. Currently 17 lots are reserved, however many great wooded walkout lots remain available. The lots may be reserved by making a $1000 deposit. Homesites in the first section are 85' wide at the building line and prices will be between $60,000 and $70,000.

We are starting a model home on lot 2 and we expect the roads to be paved by the end of November. Call the office to schedule an appointment to see this one-of-a-kind development.
