Elite Homes builds 40 - 75 custom homes a year ranging from $250,000 to $1,000,000 and is currently developing 8 subdivisions in the Greater Louisville area. Elite Homes also does extensive remodeling and was recognized as the 68th largest full-service remodeler in the country by Remodeling Magazine in the August 2010 issue.

Joe Pusateri is a native of St. Louis.  He has lived in Louisville since 1969 and graduated from Westport High School.  He also attended Western Kentucky University.
